Mr. Chin (秦先生) and Ms. Chan (陳小姐) are the beloved supporting duo of Old Master Q (老夫子) — the Hong Kong comic icon created by Wong Chak in the 1960s — and until now they have never been made into articulated figures. Aint Production, the Hong Kong brand behind the licensed Old Master Q 60th Anniversary line, corrects that with HKCC-03: a two-pack bringing both characters to the 1/12 collector shelf for the first time.

The package

Ms. Chan (about 14.5cm) comes with two expression heads — smiling and eyes closed — a white handbag, six interchangeable hands and her own blue-and-yellow checkered base. Mr. Chin (about 15.5cm) gets three expression heads — normal, laughing and shocked, the last with his curly hair — six interchangeable hands, a fishing rod, and a scene-stealing shark with water splash effect piece, plus a matching base. Both are fully articulated, and the two-pack arrangement keeps the pair’s classic comic dynamic intact.

Why it matters

This is the headline: supporting characters almost never get the articulated-figure treatment, and Mr. Chin and Ms. Chan are fan favorites whose absence has been felt across decades of Old Master Q merchandise. Releasing them together — and first in a dedicated two-pack — makes HKCC-03 the series entry most likely to appeal to long-time readers, not just display builders.

The two-pack lists at SGD 169 full price (about US$130 converted; no official USD price), with a SGD 69 deposit option at thelittlebox88 (Singapore) ahead of an estimated Q1–Q2 2027 release — no pre-order cutoff date has been published, so order windows may be short. It is also listed for pre-order at ohmyprimus (Singapore), on the official aintproduction.com store, and at ToyMarks (Malaysia).
