CCS TOYS built its name on heavy die-cast super robot figures — Getter Robo, Great Mazinger, Combattler V — and its new FigScript 1/12 articulated figure line is now filling out the Armageddon cast. After Ryoma Nagare, the second release is Hayato Jin, the cool-headed pilot of Getter-2 from the 1998 OVA Getter Robo: Armageddon, officially licensed (©1998 Go Nagai–Ken Ishikawa/Dynamic–Bandai Visual–Marubeni–Ayers).

CCS TOYS FigScript Hayato Jin 1/12 from Getter Robo Armageddon

The figure

Hayato is the strategist of the Getter Team — lean, sharp-featured, usually drawn with a cigarette and a stare — and the FigScript treatment gives him the line’s signature finish: real-fabric outfit elements and an anime-accurate head sculpt in the established 1/12 FigScript format. The product listing hasn’t published the full accessory breakdown yet, so hands, faces and gear details are still to come as the release approaches.

Why it matters

FigScript matters because it marks CCS TOYS — previously a mecha-only maker — stepping into licensed human characters, and Hayato is the release that proves the line isn’t a one-off. Collectors building the Armageddon pilot trio now have two of three, with the line’s momentum clearly pointing at a complete set.

Hobby Korner lists the pre-order at 5300 PHP (~$91) with a 500 PHP deposit, closing 30 October 2026 and estimated to arrive Q1 2027 — the same terms as the Batman Blue Suit on the same deadline. If you’re assembling the Getter Team in 1/12, this is the window.
