Fusion Fantasy HoMM III Archangel & Arch Devil 1/12: FTM3-01 / FTM3-02
Contents
Fusion Fantasy (融幻模玩) is bringing a cult video-game subject to the shelf with the FTM3 line: the Archangel (FTM3-01) and Arch Devil (FTM3-02) from Heroes of Might and Magic III, scaled to 1/12 at about 19cm tall with over 42 points of articulation. Both figures come in standard and deluxe versions — the deluxe editions add faction display bases and flame effect parts — with standard at US$128 and deluxe at US$140 via onesixthkit, or US$90.99 for the deluxe at Bombusbee before shipping and tax. The 23 June 2026 cutoff has passed at some retailers, but Bombusbee’s deposit channel remains open.

The package
The deluxe editions are where the line shows its design sense. Each ships with an alternate head sculpt, nine interchangeable hands, its signature weapon — sword for the Archangel, scythe for the Arch Devil — and a faction-specific display base: the Cloud Castle for the Archangel, the Demonic Throne for the Arch Devil. Flame effect parts (a scythe flame and a flame arm replacement) give the deluxe Arch Devil extra display options, and both include a snake bone stand, clear stand, eye adjustment tool and pixel brick.
The Arch Devil also gets a limited edition variant with a wool-rooted-hair head sculpt, limited to 888 pieces — the only version with that head. The contents are otherwise the same as the deluxe, so the limited edition is purely for collectors who want the rooted-hair demon look.
Why it matters
HoMM III’s Archangel and Arch Devil are two of the most recognizable creature designs in strategy gaming, and a fully articulated 1/12 treatment with faction diorama bases hits exactly what fans of the game would want: the figures stand as display centerpieces rather than bare figures on round bases. The deluxe-vs-standard split keeps the entry price at $128 while offering the full diorama experience at $140 — or $90.99 at Bombusbee before shipping and tax.
Timing is the main consideration. With the official cutoff behind them and release estimated for Q1–Q2 2027 (Bombusbee lists 30 June 2027), this is a long-wait pre-order — par for the course for new 1/12 lines, but worth knowing before you put down a non-refundable deposit. BBTS is also taking pre-orders on the deluxe versions, so collectors who prefer a US-based seller with a down-payment structure have that option.
