Hiya Toys MegaMan.EXE: Non-Scale Mega Man Battle Network Figure with Light-Up Weapons
Contents
Hiya Toys (海雅玩具) is a Chinese collectible-figure maker founded in 2009 and headquartered in Shanghai. Its EXQUISITE BASIC Series is the entry-level line, built around licensed characters with full accessory sets — MegaMan.EXE from Capcom’s Mega Man Battle Network is its newest NetNavi addition.

The figure
At approximately 12.5 cm, MegaMan.EXE recreates the NetNavi’s streamlined design — blue-and-black armor with yellow details, the helmet, chest, arms and legs all sculpted to match the series look. Note that this is a non-scale figure: HIYA lists it as None Scale, 4.9 inches, so it is sized on its own terms rather than to a 1/12 line.
The default face comes with three interchangeable face parts for battle expressions, plus six interchangeable hands for posing. The weapon set covers both ranges: the Cannon and Mega Buster for long-range combat and the Sword for close-range slashing, with two firing effect parts for battle displays.

The standout feature is the lighting: the Cannon, Mega Buster and Sword each carry an independent magnetic light-up function, activated by bringing the included HIYA badge close — each weapon can be lit on its own to suit different poses. Magnetic soles let the figure attach securely to metal surfaces, and the included display base supports shooting, slashing and airborne poses.
Availability
HIYA Toys lists MegaMan.EXE at $54.99 ($64.99 US tariff included; Japan ¥9,500 tax excluded), with release set for Q4 2027. That resolves the early price confusion: some listings showed $54.99 and others $64.99 because the two figures are HIYA’s base and US tariff-included prices — BBTS lists $64.99, matching the tariff-included price. No manufacturer-side pre-order cutoff has been announced; retailer windows are what exist so far: domestic retailer bbicn lists a cutoff of November 13, 2026 at ¥279, and Hobby Korner lists a deadline of November 15, 2026 at PHP 2,950 (its terms note deadlines may close early or be extended). Why it matters
Three independently light-up weapons on a 12.5 cm figure is an unusual amount of interactivity at this price — the badge-activated lighting is the kind of gimmick that actually changes how the figure displays, rather than a static extra. For collectors already following HIYA’s Mega Man Exquisite Basic releases, MegaMan.EXE adds the Battle Network side of the franchise at the same accessible price tier.
