NAUTS × DAMTOYS Yukumo Set: The 1/6 Monster Hunter Armor
Contents
NAUTS holds the license, DAMTOYS builds the figure — and together they have brought Capcom’s Monster Hunter to 1/6 scale. DMS040 is the Yukumo armor set from Monster Hunter Portable 3rd (2010): the very first armor most players ever craft in the game, now recreated as a ~30 cm collectible figure.

The package
The figure ships with a male head sculpt on a movable-eyeball system, mounted on DAMTOYS’ highly poseable muscular body with 30+ points of articulation. The Yukumo costume is full dress: kasa hat, dogi jacket, kote arm guards, obi sash, hakama trousers, holster and shoes — mixing real fabric with sculpted armor pieces. The signature weapon is the Yukumo long sword with scabbard, whose handle extends just like the in-game unsheathing animation, plus a flash bomb, paintball and display base.
Why it matters
This is an officially Capcom-licensed release, developed in close cooperation with the game maker — a rarity for game-accurate hunter armor in 1/6, a space long dominated by military and movie figures. Its sister release, DMS041, covers the Odogaron armor from Monster Hunter: World on a female body, so the line already reads as a series rather than a one-off. At roughly $240–320, it sits at the premium end of licensed 1/6 — and retailers warn this brand is known for long pre-order waits, so patience is part of the purchase.
