Star Ace Toys opens its Return to Silent Hill line with the figure everyone recognizes on sight: Pyramid Head, the silent executioner made iconic in Silent Hill 2 and now returning in Christophe Gans’ live-action film Return to Silent Hill. This is the first figure in the line, and Star Ace has gone straight for the full nightmare — towering helmet, bandaged muscle, and the Great Knife.

Star Ace Pyramid Head Deluxe 1/6 figure

The figure

Pyramid Head stands 15.74 inches tall in 1/6 scale. The helmet is recreated just as it appears in the film — a brutal, rusted triangle that hides any trace of a face — and beneath it, sculpted bandages wrap a heavily muscled torso, painted with veining, bruising and scarring that rewards a close look. Articulated elbows, knees and ankles plus five interchangeable hands let him be posed dragging the blade, standing over a victim, or simply waiting.

The outfit work is a highlight: a ragged, grime-soaked apron made of real fabric and distressed by hand, cinched at the waist over sculpted bandage-wrapped legs and sandaled feet. In his blood-slicked hand he carries the Great Knife, its edge chipped and pitted and its surface spattered with blood.

Star Ace Pyramid Head Deluxe diorama base

Deluxe version

The Deluxe adds the piece that sells the whole display: an exclusive diorama base — a slab of blood-soaked stone crowned by twisted iron bars torn apart in the center, as if something forced its way through. The standard version covers the figure itself; the Deluxe is the one that turns a shelf into a scene.

Availability

Pre-orders are live now: Sideshow lists the Deluxe at $290 and BBTS at $289.99, with shipping estimated for March 2027. We found no preorder cutoff date listed, so there is no stated deadline — but as the first figure in a new licensed line, early orders are the safe play. Note this post covers the Deluxe 1/6 articulated version only, not the Defo soft-vinyl version or the 1/4 statue from the same series. Why it matters

Pyramid Head is one of the most instantly recognizable horror designs in games, and a 1/6 treatment with this level of sculpt and real-fabric finishing has been a long time coming. As the opening figure of a dedicated film line, it also sets the bar for whatever Star Ace follows it with.
